Job summary

Ideagen is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own a portfolio of software products, shaping strategy, delivery and commercial outcomes across engineering and commercial teams. You will influence roadmap direction and investments to align with customer needs and market trends.

Working at the centre of Product, Engineering and Commercial teams, you will drive delivery quality, pricing discussions and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in SaaS, technology or product-led organisations.
• Proven track record delivering product and commercial outcomes.
• Strong roadmap planning, strategy, discovery and GTM execution.
• Experience partnering with software engineering in agile environments.
• Ability to interpret customer feedback and market data to drive decisions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness in pricing, positioning and growth.
• Strategic thinking with balance of long-term vision and short-term delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap and commercial performance of a portfolio of products, ensuring delivery priorities align with customer needs and business goals.
• Establish and maintain high standards of product management, ensuring briefs, requirements and plans are clear and actionable.
• Identify and address delivery challenges to improve quality, backlog health and engineering efficiency.
• Lead go-to-market activities for new product launches and major enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success and Product leadership to incorporate customer insights into roadmap decisions.
• Review customer feedback, market trends and product performance data to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Drive pricing discussions, commercial decision-making and win/loss analysis.
• Support development of Product Managers and Technical Product Owners.
