Additional responsibilities include:

• Understanding FinTech innovations and trends.
• Monitoring outcomes of innovation initiatives to ensure value.
• Identifying new technology or firms for product opportunities.
• Developing business cases for PoC, MVP, or product development.
• Building networks of internal and external partners.
• Understanding the benefits of innovations for Northern Trust.
• Managing resources and collaborating with teams and partners.
• Delivering programs as a Resource Manager, ensuring clarity of responsibilities.
• Contributing to the bank’s strategic approach to innovation and investments.
• Identifying and framing new business opportunities.
• Participating in client discussions as an innovation expert.
• Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of new solutions.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A broad understanding of new and external technologies.
• Knowledge of various technology firms beyond FinTech.
• Creativity in meeting needs with innovative solutions.
• Experience in Program Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
