Job summary

Cytiva in Cardiff is seeking a technical owner for Lab Filtration product families, providing independent engineering judgement across performance, design, manufacturing capability and lifecycle decisions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• Substantial experience in product engineering, sustaining engineering, or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical projects or engineering workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical owner for Lab Filtration product families across performance, design, manufacturing capability, compliance, and lifecycle decisions.
• Lead design changes, product transfers, supplier changes, sustainment programmes and technical workstreams with governance and change-control processes.
• Lead verification, validation, product characterisation, qualification, design review, and risk-management activities for new development and lifecycle projects.
• Deliver strategic improvements in quality, cost, capacity, reliability, manufacturability, and customer outcomes while mentoring colleagues.
