Key tech includes Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and PostgreSQL. You will mentor junior engineers, champion best practices, and contribute to over 700 microservices while advancing the correspondent banking domain.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend services.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven design.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Proficiency in domain-driven design (DDD) is a plus.
• Product-minded with focus on user experience and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable Java/Spring Boot services in a microservices setup.
• Apply domain-driven design to build robust, scalable solutions.
• Lead development in event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar systems.
• Architect and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner integrations and global expansion.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive coding standards and reviews.
