Job summary

Dex is partnering with a company building an AI-powered recruiting platform. You will own end-to-end product features, from spec to production, including candidate databases, AI-powered matching dashboards, and scalable backend services.

Expect deep Python backend work with FastAPI, Postgres, and Redis, plus frontend work in React and TypeScript. You will integrate LLMs in critical paths and define robust API contracts to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record shipping end-to-end features.
• Deep Python backend experience with FastAPI and Postgres/Redis.
• Experience embedding LLMs in production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core features for an AI-powered recruiting platform.
• Integrate large language models into critical product paths.
• Develop robust backend services with Python, FastAPI, and Postgres.
• Ship frontend components in React and TypeScript.
