Job summary

Adclear is hiring a full-stack product developer in London to own end-to-end features—from spec to live production—that fintech teams rely on daily. You’ll build surfaces where compliance reviewers work, and integrate AI-driven decisions with human oversight.

You’ll ship quickly in a fast-moving environment, collaborating closely with designers, AI engineers, and customers to shape the roadmap and deliver tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Independent delivery: own and ship end-to-end product slices with minimal supervision.
• Product trade-off judgement: balance speed, quality and impact under ambiguity.
• Product taste: notice when something feels wrong and raise it.
• Cross-functional pragmatism: collaborate with founders, designers and AI engineers.
• AI literacy: fluency with modern coding tools and know when to rely on them.

Responsibilities

• Own product delivery. Take features from spec to production, frontend-first but covering backend and integration where needed.
• Build the product surfaces compliance reviewers live in: workflows, review UIs, model output with human judgement.
• Work with AI in the critical path. Ship features where the model is part of the product, not bolted-on.
• Ship a change to production on your first day and a feature in your first week with continuous deployment.
• Have real input on what we build and how we build it.
