Job summary

Elliptic seeks a Head of Compliance Product to own the vision for its core compliance portfolio, spanning wallet and transaction screening, continuous monitoring, and on-chain investigations. You will lead product managers, drive the AI-enabled strategy, and partner with design teams to redefine compliance tooling at scale.

You will report to the VP of Product, build a high-performing team, and work from London with a growing US presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building software products.
• Proven track record of leading PMs to shipping real user products.
• Experience in financial crime compliance from product side.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy and roadmap for Elliptic's compliance portfolio.
• Lead AI-enabled compliance program and ensure auditability.
• Grow and coach a team of product managers.
• Stay close to customers through partnerships and pilot programs.
• Prioritise ruthlessly to balance needs of today with future ambitions.
• Execute with rigor, integrating AI to improve velocity and quality.
