Job summary

Adclear in London is seeking its founding Product Designer to own the product experience end to end. You’ll lead design where the product meets regulated industries, partnering with the CTO and founders to shape the roadmap and craft the UI, UX, and design system.

You’ll work across two halves: improving the live product and exploring zero-to-one concepts for new product lines, collaborating with compliance teams, marketers, and engineers to turn ambiguity into a product people love.

Qualifications

• Track record spanning early-stage chaos to scaling: pre-seed/seed to Series B, or Series A to Series C/D.
• Range: able to handle zero-to-one ambiguity and elevate a product to the next level.
• Shipped code and understand systems, not needing engineering to explain hard things.
• Prototypes in code as default; strong Figma skills; Cursor/Claude Code as part of workflow.
• High agency: sole designer under pressure with a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product experience from problem definition to shipped product.
• Bring coherence to the design system and raise UX/UI quality for live product.
• Shape roadmap with CTO and founders, wearing a product manager hat.
• Lead discovery and build proofs-of-concept for new product lines quickly.
• Run research with customers across both existing and new lines to guide direction.
• Establish design foundations and set up processes; potential to lead a design team.
