Senior Product Engineer

Location: Remote - Offices in London and Berlin

Salary: €95,000 + 10% Bonus

Your Role:

1. Develop & optimise a high-performance copyright platform using Java & AWS technologies
2. Design & implement complex software solutions that are scalable, secure, and reliable
3. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into reality
4. Drive technical decisions and ensure best development practices are followed
5. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
6. Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative solutions

What We’re Looking For:

1. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in software engineering
2. Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Microservices, and databases (DynamoDB, Postgres, OpenSearch)
3. A proven track record in designing and delivering successful software products
4. Strong communication skills – able to translate technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders
5. Passion for innovation and commitment to high-quality code, unit testing, and best practices
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile, and ever-evolving environment
