Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is seeking a Senior Product Developer to lead end-to-end product creation for iconic sports, outdoor and lifestyle brands. You will take concepts through from idea to production, ensuring performance, quality, sustainability and brand DNA are preserved.

This hybrid role involves partnering with Design, Product, Technical and Sourcing teams, managing critical paths, wear testing, and mentoring junior developers as you drive multi-season developments on a global stage.

Qualifications

• Proven product development experience delivering commercially successful products end to end.
• Deep understanding of product construction, manufacturing and costing.
• Confidence working cross-functionally with global suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-season, end-to-end product development.

• Drive materials, construction, fit, performance & sustainability decisions.

• Leading multi season, end to end product development
• Partnering closely with Design, Product, Technical & Sourcing teams
• Driving materials, construction, fit, performance & sustainability decisions
• Managing critical paths, samples, fit sessions & wear testing
• Collaborating with factories & suppliers to solve challenges and improve efficiency
• Coaching and mentoring junior developers
