Job summary

Success Talent in London is seeking an Assistant Footwear Product Developer to join our fast-paced, creative team on a 1-year maternity cover FTC.

You will partner with Design to bring seasonal collections to life, manage proto to pre-prod paths, and maintain spec sheets. The role involves coordinating with global suppliers, traveling to factories as needed, and balancing style, quality, and margin.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of solid product development experience in a reputable brand or company.
• A multitasking wizard with ninja-like Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• A team player with outstanding communication and follow-up finesse.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, no-two-days-the-same environment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-motivated - you own your role like a boss.
• Able to travel to suppliers when needed (bonus points if you love a factory visit!).
