Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT in Watford seeks a Senior Product Developer to drive multi-season apparel collections for a globally recognised sportswear brand. Based in Watford, you will own concept-to-production, collaborating with design, sourcing and operations to deliver premium performance-led garments.

You will work with international suppliers, manage fit and construction, and help costings and supplier negotiations while ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in apparel product development.
• Background in sportswear, activewear, or athleisure.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fit.
• Experience working with Far East suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development across multi-season apparel collections.
• Collaborate closely with design, sourcing, and operations teams.
• Managing fit, fabrics, trims, construction, and supplier communication.
• Owning critical path deadlines from proto to production.
• Reviewing lab dips, strike-offs, PP samples, and garment approvals.
• Supporting costings, FOB negotiations, and supplier allocation.
• Ensuring products meet premium quality and performance standards.

Ready to shape the next generation of sportswear collections for a globally recognised brand?

We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Product Developer with strong apparel expertise across menswear and womenswear to join a fast-growing product and sourcing team based in Watford. You'll take ownership from concept through to production, working on performance-led apparel collections with international suppliers and high-profile licensed brands.
