The Job

The Design team focuses on ensuring our users have the best experience on our app. They are data-informed researchers, innovators, content and design experts, focusing on the execution and validation of our platform and its features. We are building the foundations of a world-class function in a hyper-growth start-up. We seek a practitioner with strong UX and UI knowledge to create human-centered experiences, using data to inform decisions and challenging detrimental ones. Collaboration with product managers and stakeholders is essential.

Your Experience

Must have:

• At least 6+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms
• A portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX/UI skills, process, and impact
• Experience with systemic or service design and cross-functional collaboration
• Passion for complex user journeys, attention to detail, and effective communication
• Understanding of end-to-end design from ideation to launch, and collaboration with engineers
• Experience working with UX Researchers in usability testing
• Proficiency in Figma and common design tools
• Ability to create interactive prototypes, bonus if using Protopie, Figma, and/or AfterEffects
• Knowledge of Design Systems and A11Y for consistency and inclusivity

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in healthcare (not essential)

What you'll be doing

Responsibilities include:

• Empowering women, girls, and menstruating people to understand their bodies and health
• Collaborating with UX researchers and data analysts to develop research plans and use data-driven insights
• Supporting product managers and design leads in shaping initiatives and roadmaps
• Working with content designers to co-create and visualize concepts
• Developing design concepts from prototypes to high-fidelity mock-ups
• Conducting discovery activities and ideation sessions
• Performing heuristic evaluations to identify improvements

Salary Range - London - gross per year: £88,500—£102,000 GBP

Salary Range - Vilnius - gross per month: €6,120—€7,100 EUR

Ranges vary based on skills, competencies, and experience.
