Job summary

Runna is seeking a UX/Product Designer to shape the human moments in a runner’s journey. You’ll own a specific area day-to-day and work with product and engineering on complex design problems to deliver simple, reassuring experiences.

With strong Figma/prototyping skills, you’ll help evolve our design system and collaborate across teams. You’ll design for mobile and wearable contexts, ensuring accessible, high-quality experiences for runners worldwide.

Qualifications

• UX/Product Designer with mobile and wearable experience.
• Strong Figma and prototyping skills.
• Experience in product design for startups or consumer apps.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering.
• Attention to detail and accessibility-minded design.

Responsibilities

• Shape user journeys and experiences for runners.
• Create flows and prototypes in Figma and other tools.
• Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with developers to handover designs.
• Develop and evolve the design system and processes.
• Facilitate workshops and promote idea communication.
