Runna is building the #1 training platform for runners. We hire a talented full-stack engineer to join a cross-functional squad and help evolve features across the stack, collaborating closely with product, design and other engineers.

• You're a strong full-stack engineer with end-to-end feature shipping.
• You pick up new languages, frameworks and systems quickly.
• You care about readable, well-tested code and good judgement on when to move fast or slow down.
• You enjoy collaborating with product, design and other engineers to find the best solution.
• You take initiative and seek to improve developer experience or AI-enablement.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, test and deliver features across the full stack, from mobile apps to backend systems.
• Take ownership of problems end-to-end from design through release and support.
• Work with Product and Design to find reliable, intuitive solutions.
• Help evolve tooling, CI/CD pipeline and engineering standards; participate in release rotation.
• Support teammates on tricky technical problems across the stack.
• Explore areas like recording/sync pipeline or third-party integrations as roadmap evolves.
