Job summary

Runna is hiring a UX/Product Designer to shape running journeys with ownership over design areas and close collaboration with product and engineering. The role supports a hybrid model with about three days per week in our London office, contributing to a world-class training platform for runners.

You’ll work on problem-led design, user research, and a scalable design system while partnering across teams to deliver delightful experiences for users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience as a UX/Product Designer with mobile design expertise.
• Strong UX, interaction and visual craft with problem-solving focus.
• Passion for user research and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Shape user journeys from problem to solution across runner’s journey.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to design customer journeys for complex problems.
• Illustrate ideas with flows and prototypes in Figma and other tools.
• Conduct user testing sessions and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Partner with developers to handover designs and ensure quality interactions.
• Develop and iterate the design system and components.
• Help shape team rituals, design processes and standards.
• Design with accessibility in mind and promote inclusive thinking.
