Job summary

Stride is seeking a Founding Product Designer in Manchester (Hybrid) to own the member experience across app and web surfaces. You will turn complex biomarker data into intuitive visuals and work with a cross-functional team to ship polished experiences. You’ll drive a design system and use AI to accelerate research, prototyping and direction.

You’ll report to the Head of Product and collaborate with engineering, clinical and marketing to maintain trust and rigor while delivering scale.

Qualifications

• The candidate has several years designing complex digital products, ideally consumer-facing, with end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to simplify dense data and complex processes into intuitive interfaces.
• Strong craft across research, flows and production-ready design.
• Fluency with AI tooling as a core part of the design process.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end across onboarding, results, protocols, coaching and community.
• Turn biomarker data into clear, visual insights.
• Run lightweight research and testing to validate decisions.
• Build and evolve a design system to keep the product coherent as it scales.
