Job summary

Spotify is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Partner and Platform Experience (PPX) team in London or Stockholm. You will tackle complex problems where social dynamics, device ecosystems, and technical constraints intersect, delivering intuitive experiences across mobile, desktop, TVs, speakers, and cars.

You’ll own design problems from exploration through execution, prototype with Figma, collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research, and apply systems thinking to scale

Qualifications

• Experience designing sophisticated, user-facing digital products and demonstrating complex UX/interaction challenges.
• Strong visual and interaction craft with attention to detail.
• Understanding of how technology shapes product design and willingness to dig into system constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-device experiences that scale across mobile, desktop, TVs, speakers, cars and other surfaces.
• Own design problems from exploration to execution, balancing user needs, constraints, and opportunities.
• Prototype and validate ideas using Figma and other tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to turn complex systems into simple experiences.
• Partner with UX Research to inform design decisions with listener insights.
• Support alignment across teams to maintain cohesion within the Spotify experience.
