Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and development of systems that enable and enhance partner and platform experiences across devices and integrations.
• Drive complex technical initiatives spanning multiple studios or missions, addressing coordination costs and architectural sprawl.
• Unify fragmented approaches, retire duplicative systems, and establish standards that accelerate multi-studio work without sacrificing foundations.
• Define and influence technical strategy across organizational boundaries and mentor other senior engineers.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and design leaders to identify opportunities, align direction and reduce duplication.
• Shape how AI transforms the software development lifecycle and pioneer AI-native workflows and capabilities.
