Our mission is to make listening feel effortless, personal, and joyful for billions of users around the world. That means turning complexity into clarity across hundreds of touchpoints—from our mobile and desktop apps to the smart speakers, TVs, cars, and integrations where Spotify shows up every day. If it touches a consumer, we shape it. We bring deep insight into human behavior, design and technology to craft experiences that feel intuitive, expressive and unmistakably Spotify. Spotify is available on thousands of connected devices around the world—from smart speakers and TVs to audio systems and emerging hardware platforms. Behind every great listening experience is a close partnership between Spotify engineers and the companies building those products.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering, product and cross-functional teams to align priorities, remove blockers and deliver high-quality partner experiences.

  • Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, workshops and implementation planning with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Write clear technical proposals, RFCs and design documentation that help engineering teams make informed decisions.

  • Monitor project health, proactively identify risks and coordinate solutions across multiple engineering teams.

  • Investigate and resolve complex SDK, API and integration challenges, contributing code when appropriate.

Who You Are

  • You have experience working across organizational boundaries and building strong relationships with both engineering teams and external partners.

  • You know how to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and keep complex technical initiatives moving forward.

  • You communicate technical concepts clearly, adapting your approach for different audiences without losing technical depth.
