Job summary

Moniepoint is an Africa based all in one financial platform powering payments, banking and business tools for millions of users. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own end to end design for financial products, mentor others, and promote user centred design across the organisation.

You will define and execute design strategies, lead end to end design from discovery to UI, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs while promoting accessibility and scalable design

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior product design role with strong UX focus.
• Mastery of visual design, typography, grids, layout and colour theory.
• Experience with mobile and web platforms and responsive design.
• Strong knowledge of behavioural psychology and user decision making.
• Experience conducting usability testing and synthesising insights.
• Figma mastery with auto layout, tokens, components and scalable libraries.
