Job summary

Moniepoint is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape the user experience of our fintech products for a global audience. You will lead design efforts, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and mentor junior designers in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

You have 3+ years in senior design, strong visual typography, motion design, and a track record of user research and accessibility. Knowledge of Figma, design systems, and analytics will help drive product impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior product design role with fintech SaaS experience.
• Strong visual design, typography, grids and colour theory.
• Expertise in interaction design, IA, and user flows.
• Experience designing for mobile and web with responsive patterns.
• Proficient in Figma, design tokens and scalable libraries.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute design strategies aligning business goals with user needs.
• Lead end-to-end design process from discovery to final UI execution.
• Conduct usability research, tests, and A/B experiments to validate designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers for seamless implementation.
• Design scalable UI components and contribute to design system evolution.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across products.
• Create micro-interactions and motion to enhance usability and engagement.
• Use data-driven insights to improve user experience and business impact.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of excellence.
