Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. seeks a Senior Product Designer to own and scale our design system for financial products. You will lead UX/UI work, mentor junior designers, and translate complex fintech concepts into intuitive experiences for web and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, advocate for accessibility, and drive data-driven design decisions in a fast-paced fintech environment. Remote-friendly, UK-ready collaboration is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior product design role with UX focus.
• Strong visual design, typography, grids, layout, and color theory.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and user flows.
• Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.
• Proficient in UX analytics tools.
• Experience with atomic design principles and scalable design libraries.
• Experience mentoring junior designers.
• Ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in agile product teams.
• Familiar with motion design tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute design strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end design process from discovery to UI execution.
• Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B tests.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure implementation of designs.
• Design scalable UI components and contribute to design system.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Create and refine micro-interactions and motion elements.
• Use data-driven insights to improve UX and business impact.
• Mentor junior designers.
• Stay ahead of fintech trends to drive innovation.
