Your new adventure:

1. Work together with the product manager and rest of the team to explore opportunities, understand user needs and translate those into experiments, solutions and, in the end, elegant interface designs
2. Initiate and organize user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand the needs of Pipedrive’s users
3. Dive into data points and a world of causation and correlation to learn more about user behavior
4. Take ownership of design vision in your area and lead innovation through experimentation and user testing
5. Create and maintain deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows, etc.) to communicate ideas and validate solutions
6. Ensure design consistency across the product by using our UX & Design Systems.
7. Work closely with engineers throughout a project’s lifecycle, providing support, refining the user experience, and dealing with technical constraints
8. Collaborate with fellow designers to constantly refine Pipedrive’s design language
9. Engage and influence stakeholders and your peers to communicate thought processes and deliverables
10. Lead by example by sharing learnings and providing feedback to other designers
