OB has partnered with a high-growth, VC-backed scale-up in the travel industry, looking to build a new team. They need a highly skilled Product Designer to drive the Product Design function. The role offers significant autonomy and involves wearing multiple hats across the full Product Design lifecycle, including researching, conceiving, prototyping, presenting, and designing.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-growth or VC-backed start-ups or scale-ups within small squads, handling end-to-end design processes. A keen interest in outdoors, travel, expeditions, or sustainability is also desirable.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience working on Native iOS/Android apps
• A strong portfolio demonstrating work on both Mobile and Web Apps, showcasing UI & UX
• Comfortable working remotely
• Experience in high-growth/VC-backed start-ups or scale-ups, preferably in e-commerce or retail

This fully remote role offers a salary of £65k-£75k, depending on skills and experience, along with an exceptional bonus and benefits package. Applicants must be UK-based, as sponsorship is not available for this role.
