About the Role

Join us in a role where you'll boost our Typeform customers' data collection with ongoing intelligence through 3rd-party data integration. Improve key metrics like retention rate and feature adoption, execute strategies for enhanced data collection, and craft outstanding user experiences. Collaborate seamlessly, lead research initiatives, and contribute to our Design System. It's not just a role; it's your chance to reshape the future of data and design. Ready to shape it with us?

Things you will do:
  1. Identify, execute, and iterate on how customers can improve data collection.
  2. Create UX and visual designs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional and other design stakeholders.
  4. Plan, facilitate, and run research independently or with support of the Research function.
  5. Run workshops and feedback sessions.
  6. Leverage and contribute to Design System.
What you already bring to the table:
  1. 4+ years of industry experience in digital product design.
  2. Confident with the end-to-end design process, from discovery to execution.
  3. Proficient in designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
  4. Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
  5. Has worked with Design Systems in the past, and can use and contribute to it.
  6. Proven experience in designing SaaS products, with a particular focus on Marketer tools.
  7. Has a solid portfolio of case studies.

Nice to Have:

  1. Familiarity with ShapeUp Framework.
