Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of digital health from London. You will own complex journeys within a cross-functional squad, collaborating with product and engineering to design experiences that are intuitive and valuable.

You will contribute to discovery, guide your squad toward validated solutions, and elevate design quality through the Anatomy design system, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, and agile ways of working. The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience owning complex journeys in product design.
• Portfolio showing strategic thinking, interaction depth, measurable impact.
• Experience with research, service design, or content systems.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences that are intuitive and valuable.
• Support discovery, frame problems, test ideas, and guide squads.
