Role Overview

We are seeking aSenior Product Designerwho blends strategic thinking with exceptional aesthetic sensibility. You'll lead design across high-impact projects, crafting immersive e-commerce experiences that speak to discerning customers and align with the business needs of luxury brands. Your work will shape everything from interactive storefronts to seamless B2B ordering flows, balancing beauty, usability, and performance across Shopify Plus and Medusa-based architectures.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end designof digital experiences for high-end B2B and DTC clients from UX research to UI execution.
• Design forheadless commerce ecosystemsusing Medusa, Shopify Plus, and modern frontend stacks (e.g., Next.js, Hydrogen).
• Translate complex brand stories into intuitive, luxury-grade digital interfaces.
• Work closely with engineers and strategists to create modular, scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Craft responsive, accessibility-compliant designs that deliver a flawless mobile experience.
• Lead user research and testing to validate assumptions and optimize for conversion.
• Present design concepts clearly to both internal stakeholders and clients.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of product or UX/UI design experience, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce.
• A portfolio that showcases luxury or premium brand design - clean, editorial, and conversion-aware.
• Deep experience withShopifyandheadless commerce solutionslike Medusa.
• A refined sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency inFigma, and comfort collaborating with developers (familiarity with React, HTML/CSS, and component logic).
• Also familiarity withB2B commerce UX, such as quoting, account dashboards, or tiered pricing flows.
• Experience working with global design standards: localisation, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile-first principles.
• Confidence in presenting work to clients and explaining design rationale.

Bonus Points

• Experience designing with or forMedusa.js,Hydrogen, orNext.js.
• Shopify custom theme knowledge or Liquid familiarity.
• A background in fashion, lifestyle, or high-end digital branding.
