We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of powerful, intuitive experiences for our advanced enterprise users. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers across London and Tel Aviv, owning end-to-end design for major features impacting large organizations. This role suits a designer who thrives on complexity, is customer-focused, and delivers elegant solutions at scale.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).

Responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of the design process for core enterprise features, from ideation to execution.
2. Partner with product and engineering leads to define priorities and create user experiences.
3. Design systems and flows supporting scalability, governance, security, and permissions.
4. Empower administrators, IT, and enterprise users with simple, intuitive designs.
5. Mentor other designers to improve quality and craft.
6. Collaborate across teams and time zones with strong communication skills.
7. Contribute to monday.com’s design culture by sharing learnings and best practices.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise contexts.
2. Strong UX/UI skills with a portfolio demonstrating complex workflows and data-driven experiences.
3. Experience with user research methods like usability testing and prototyping.
4. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
