The Role

LiveScore Group is seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to elevate our market-leading sports & casino apps & websites.

Reporting to the Head of Product Design, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to foster a user-centered design and research culture within our growing team. You’ll influence the development of our products and features, impacting millions of users weekly.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with product teams, researchers, designers, and developers throughout the product lifecycle to create innovative, user-centered solutions loved by our global sports fan base. You should have a passion for clean, cohesive, and purposeful design, with a strong understanding of design best practices, research, and empathy-driven decision making. You will champion outcome-driven design and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

You will work across all product areas—media, sportsbook, casino, and core platform—to ensure a cohesive and delightful user experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand our customers through qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions.
• Create simple, intuitive, and impactful designs that improve the overall experience, incorporating service design thinking.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with colleagues.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine roadmaps and define solutions based on user needs.
• Lead the experience and design development of product features, considering accessibility, consistency, and ethical design.
• Develop evidence-based design solutions, iterating based on research and feedback.
• Build relationships and facilitate design discussions with stakeholders.
• Use various methods such as workshops, data analysis, rapid prototyping, and critique sessions to refine designs.
• Balance customer needs with business goals.
• Advocate for product design and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Leadership mindset, guiding and sharing knowledge with others.
• Significant experience as a Product Designer in an in-house team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Outcome-focused, solving real problems through design.
• Curious, asking 'why' to uncover root causes.
• Agile, adaptable, and able to deliver high-quality solutions rapidly.
• Open to exploring multiple design approaches.
• Proficient in creating customer segments, journey maps, storyboards, user flows, and sketches.
• Experience conducting research and usability testing.
• Proven ability to deliver responsive, multi-device experiences, especially on web and native apps.
• Strong passion for sports is essential.
• Understanding of the gambling industry is a plus.
