About Veloxiz:

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex problems into intuitive, accessible, and beautiful digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
Translate business and user needs into elegant, scalable design solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Maintain and evolve design systems and brand guidelines.
Advocate for the user in every step of the product development process.

Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS or product-based companies.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design process.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., Axure, InVision).
Deep understanding of design principles, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Bonus Points:

Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or front-end implementation.
Knowledge of design systems like Material Design or Fluent UI.
Familiarity with user analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, GA).
