Job summary

Datatech Analytics in Brighton seeks a Senior Product Data Scientist to join a hybrid product squad. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers and Designers to shape product direction, challenge assumptions and drive commercial outcomes through data.

You'll analyse customer and operational data, run experiments and build data-powered analytics to support product development and decisions, communicating findings clearly to stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience extracting and modelling data to drive product decisions.
• Proficiency with SQL for querying complex datasets and data manipulation.
• Strong Python skills for analytics, prototyping and modelling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers and Designers to solve customer and business challenges.
• Analyze customer and operational data to identify opportunities, trends and areas for improvement.
• Apply statistical thinking, experimentation and hypothesis testing to validate ideas and measure success.
• Build analytical solutions using SQL and Python to support product development and commercial decision-making.
• Communicate insights clearly, influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Help shape data-driven product features and continuously improve how data is used across the product.
