Qualifications
- Experience with technology transactions and enterprise software agreements.
- Strong background in copyright, Internet law and data privacy concepts.
- Ability to translate legal issues for product/engineering teams.
- Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and fast-paced environments.
- Experience advising senior business leaders on legal strategy.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex legal analysis into actionable guidance for product and engineering teams.
- Proactively assess legal risks and advise cross-functional partners on new technologies.
- Serve as legal advisor to senior leaders on product strategy implications.
- Review and architect legal frameworks for technology transactions and related agreements.
- Draft terms of service, disclosures and privacy-related policies.
- Lead privacy-by-design reviews and data-flow assessments for responsible AI.
