Job summary

The Sun is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead discovery on high-impact initiatives, translating complex problems into actionable requirements. You will mentor other BAs, shape product thinking, and apply AI as a daily practice to improve speed and quality of analysis.

You will partner with Technology, Marketing, and Customer teams to align roadmaps with business goals, driving decisions with data and commercial insight in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced leading discovery analysis on complex, high-risk product initiatives.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate analysis into commercial terms.
• Proven track record of mentoring Business Analysts and raising team impact.
• Strong product thinking and ability to influence roadmaps based on data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end discovery lifecycle on complex initiatives from problem definition to build-ready solutions.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and align squads around data-driven goals.
• Define and embed templates, methodologies, and metric accountability frameworks for consistency.
• Mentor and develop other BAs in product thinking, AI fluency, and post-launch validation.
• Collaborate with Lead Business Analyst to prioritize analytical work and maximize value.
• Ensure cross-team consistency of logic and avoid downstream issues.
