The role focuses on discovery, requirements management, and facilitating workshops to align stakeholders and deliver clear, testable criteria.

Qualifications

Strong business analysis experience on digital/software or transformation projects.
Ability to lead complex requirements elicitation, validation, prioritisation and traceability.
Experience with business modelling, process improvement and option analysis techniques.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management, including handling difficult discussions.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and analysis to understand problems, user needs and root causes.
Define, validate and manage requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Create models, process maps, and change impact assessments.
Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder relationships.
Collaborate with product, UX, architecture, development, QA and delivery teams.
Support testing with clear, traceable business scenarios and acceptance criteria.
