Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Product Analyst (CX) in the United Kingdom to drive data-driven product decisions. You will own the metrics framework, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Product and Data teams to uncover growth opportunities and validate hypotheses.

You will design and analyze A/B tests, define tracking requirements, and ensure reliable reporting while translating complex data into actionable recommendations in a distributed, fully remote environment.

Formación

• Higher education degree in mathematics, statistics, CS, engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability with applying methods to product problems.
• Advanced data extraction, processing, analysis and visualization (SQL, Python, Excel).
• Deep experience designing, running and analyzing A/B tests.
• Strong understanding of marketing and product metrics to evaluate performance.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions and north-star metric alignment.
• Validate metrics and dashboards; work with Data Engineering for reliability.
• Investigate fluctuations with product leads; identify anomalies and opportunities.
• Conduct ad-hoc research to uncover bottlenecks and customer segments.
• Validate hypotheses with quantitative analysis and prioritize problems by impact.
• Design and analyze A/B tests including sample size and MDES.
• Verify experiment splits and report outcomes with guardrail metrics.
• Define data-tracking requirements for experiments and instrumentation.
• Maintain an archive of experiments and actionable recommendations.
• Identify data-quality issues before they affect decisions.
