Job summary

Wise is seeking a Lead Product Analyst to partner with product, engineering, risk and compliance teams to drive data-driven decisions that scale risk controls across our products.

The role focuses on building and monitoring regulatory compliance across product streams, collaborating with regional teams and FinCrime to ensure local risk typologies are managed. This position offers a hybrid London-based work model with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product analytics or data science.
• Strong analytical mind and product intuition in banking/finance.
• Technical skill set in Python, advanced SQL, BI tools.
• Experience working with PMs, engineers, analysts.
• Data-driven environment with limited guidance.
• Understanding of events data in Mixpanel/GA/Amplitude or similar.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Scale and improve risk data infrastructure for regional analysis.
• Build metrics to monitor controls and support testing processes.
• Establish control efficiency frameworks reducing risk while not hindering growth.
• Partner with product, engineering, risk and compliance to use data for regional decisions.
• Collaborate with FinCrime to add regional insights to global risk engines.
