Overview

As part of the group digital analytics team, reporting to the head of digital analytics, you will collaborate with the digital product team to ensure high-quality analytics data capture from websites and apps, providing insights to guide product development and strategic decisions.

• Lead a small team of product and implementation analysts, overseeing their output and development.
• Manage on-site user behavioral data, supporting business teams in understanding user journeys.
• Build strong relationships with the product team, integrating analytics into product development cycles.
• Use experimentation to assess feature efficacy.
• Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to implement analytics and marketing capabilities with robust data capture.

Qualifications

• Management or mentorship experience.
