• Strong ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Proficiency in SQL.

Responsibilities

• Act as analytics partner across cross-functional product teams to shape strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
• Turn goals and hypotheses into clear questions, measurable outcomes and success metrics.
• Analyze customer journeys, funnels, activation, engagement, retention and segments.
• Define tracking requirements with Product and Engineering to ensure accurate data capture.
• Create dashboards and visualisations linking customer behaviour with commercial outcomes.
• Communicate findings with concise narratives and practical recommendations.
