Job summary

Rakuten Viber is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to turn data into insights that drive growth and strategic product decisions across a global mobile platform. You willPartner with product, engineering and marketing to translate findings into measurable outcomes.

Expect to design and analyze experiments, build dashboards, and deliver clear narratives that influence cross-functional teams. This role relies on SQL, Python, and advanced visualization tools, with a hybrid work arrangement in London.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong command of SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib).
• Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests and apply sound experimental methodology.
• Strong understanding of how to leverage AI to improve analysis speed, accuracy, and impact.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to craft a clear narrative from complex data.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model - at least 3 days a week from the office.
