Rakuten Viber is seeking an experienced Product Manager in the Fintech domain to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Viber Pay. You will work at the intersection of product, growth, compliance, fraud, and legal across multiple markets to drive measurable outcomes.

You will lead a cross‑functional team of engineers and designers, focusing on data‑driven experimentation, KPI improvement, and end‑to‑end product delivery that scales globally and aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Product Manager in Fintech or consumer payments.
• Strong B2C mobile app experience with quantitative UX understanding.
• Exceptional analytical skills with product analytics experience.
• Commercial mindset linking product decisions to revenue and growth.
• Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication in English.
• Experience delivering a 0-to-1 consumer product.
• Ability to work across multiple markets with compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation to launch for Viber Pay.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and iterate post‑launch based on data.
• Use experiments, cohort analysis, and funnel tracking to prioritize roadmap.
• Identify UX bottlenecks and reduce drop‑off through deep data analysis.
• Incorporate compliance requirements while maintaining seamless flows.
• Scale decisions across regional markets and align with cross‑functional teams.
