Mentor Content Producers and Designers, turning audience insights into engaging ideas while managing schedules and budgets in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in digital or creative production.
• Must have UK Security Clearance.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams under tight deadlines.
• Skilled in creative storytelling and visual quality.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and generative AI tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production lifecycle from concept development to delivery.
• Interpret briefs and oversee production across campaigns.
• Coordinate day-to-day between creative, digital, strategy and operations teams.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and contractor management.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to Content Producers, Editors and Designers.
• Translate audience analytics into engaging creative ideas.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, security and data protection.
