Job summary

SUMO is seeking a Senior Producer to lead ambitious long-form content across its digital channels in London. You will own productions from idea through to final delivery, working closely with creators, editors and the wider creative team to shape standout episodes and formats.

You will ideate, script, pre-produce and direct talent on set, using audience insights to continually improve content and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pitch original show ideas, series and repeatable content formats.
• Lead productions from concept and pre-production through to shoot, edit and final delivery.
• Work closely with creators and talent to develop ideas around their personalities and audiences.
• Produce and direct talent confidently on set to capture strong moments.
• Shape scripts, run orders, story beats and episode structures for unscripted content.
• Lead the editorial direction of edits, providing feedback on pacing, story, comedy and performance.
• Identify strong hooks, standout moments and opportunities to improve audience engagement.
• Work closely with editors and production team to maintain a high creative standard.
• Use content performance and audience insight to inform future creative decisions.
• Contribute to titles, thumbnails, packaging and wider content strategy.
• Help develop ideas into recurring formats and longer-term IP.
• Support and mentor more junior producers.

We are working with one of the UK's leading creator-led brands looking for a talented Senior Producer to help develop and deliver ambitious long-form content across its digital channels.

Working closely with creators, editors and the wider creative team, you'll take ownership of productions from initial idea through to final delivery, helping shape standout episodes, recurring formats and new creative concepts.

The role will cover everything from ideation, scripting and pre-production through to directing talent on set, shaping edits and using audience insight to continuously improve the content.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience producing digital-first, creator-led or entertainment content.
• Proven track record developing and producing successful long-form formats.
• Experience taking productions from initial idea through pre-production, shoot, edit and delivery.
• Strong editorial instincts with an excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing and audience engagement.
• Confident producing and directing high-profile creators and talent.
• Strong scripting skills, including run orders, treatments and unscripted story structures.
• Comfortable leading edits and providing detailed creative feedback.
• Strong understanding of digital content performance and audience growth.
• Good knowledge of the wider creator landscape and emerging entertainment trends.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple productions and deadlines.
• Experience working across premium YouTube, digital entertainment or creator-led content would be highly desirable.
