Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Officer to assist in all aspects of procurement to efficiently and cost-effectively support organisational operations. Responsibilities include managing the procurement team, providing management information, and liaising with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding of suppliers including due diligence checks and stakeholder liaison
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Reviewing and negotiating contracts and terms
• Ensuring procurement activities comply with policies
• Managing supplier performance and compliance
• Handling software license and hardware support renewals
• Facilitating procurement requests and managing related documentation
