The role offers hybrid working from the Birmingham office and exposure to high-profile procurement disputes for public sector bodies, utilities, bidders and suppliers.

You will develop client relationships, lead strategic growth, mentor junior lawyers and drive delivery against business

Qualifications

• Strong procurement litigation experience.
• Experience handling public sector disputes at high value.
• Solid understanding of procurement regulations and remedies under law.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a specialist procurement litigation practice.
• Build relationships across public and private sector organisations.
• Lead new procurement-related instructions and business development.
• Mentor junior lawyers and maintain strong team culture.
• Oversee financial performance and matter delivery against targets.
