The role demands strong client care, organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure, with collaboration within the Dispute Resolution team and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with Property Litigation experience.
• Experience handling landlord/tenant disputes for residential and commercial clients.
• Experience with boundary disputes, TOLATA claims and general property litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes.
• Advise landlords and tenants on contentious matters.
• Handle boundary disputes and TOLATA claims from instruction to resolution.
