Job summary

The LEGO Group in London is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager, Sustainability Delivery to translate long-term sustainability ambitions into procurement strategies that create measurable impact across the LEGO value chain. You will partner with Corporate Sustainability and Procurement to build a future-fit supplier base and deliver sourcing solutions that support sustainability goals.

• Delivered procurement, supply chain, sustainability, or extended producer responsibility initiatives in a complex business environment.
• Built and strengthened supplier networks to meet evolving business and sustainability requirements.
• Led supplier assessments, program development, or sourcing strategies that improved supplier performance and capability.
• Managed cross-functional initiatives involving procurement, operations, or sustainability stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies that support sustainability priorities, with an early focus on circularity and waste-related themes.
• Scale supplier base to support circular model innovation across the value chain for efficiency and sustainability.
• Strengthen supplier capability to meet current and future sustainability regulatory requirements, ensure resilience and proactive risk management.
• Provide supply chain solutions that connect central strategy with local execution.
• Drive sourcing approaches that enable innovation, resilience, and regulatory readiness.
