Qualifications

• Expertise in EU procurement and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities within the CTM procurement team.
• Develop and deliver savings and performance improvements.
• Engage with key stakeholders across Health Boards and external bodies.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance.
• Contribute to cost-effective, patient-centred procurement solutions.
