Job summary

Synchronicity Care Ltd, a CDDFT subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Procurement Officer to lead end-to-end procurement, including tendering and contract negotiations, across a diverse range of goods and services to support exceptional patient care.

You will drive compliance with public sector regulations, develop procurement strategies, and collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to maximise value and efficiency. Hybrid working and ongoing professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in public sector procurement legislation and governance.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end procurement programmes and strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities across a diverse goods and services portfolio.
• Manage tendering exercises and contract negotiations with clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations and governance requirements.
• Develop robust procurement strategies and forward plans aligned with Trust priorities.
• Mentor and develop procurement colleagues to build capability and performance.
