Job summary

Delta Mobrey Ltd is seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to manage electrical and electronic commodities in a regulated environment. You will own a portfolio of components, onboard suppliers, and drive value through cost, quality and delivery improvements.

You will negotiate contracts, validate supplier parts for quality and compliance, and support cross‑functional teams including engineering and production to resolve issues promptly. Travel up to 20% domestic, 10% European is required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of engineering requirements and supplier flow-down.
• Ability to audit suppliers and coach them through improvement initiatives.
• Skilled negotiator with strong analytical capability.
• Confident communicator able to simplify complex issues into clear summaries.

Responsibilities

• Select and onboard new suppliers aligned with commodity strategy.
• Provide timely pricing and lead-time responses to support customer quotations.
• Negotiate and award supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Validate and verify new supplier parts for quality and compliance.
• Support Materials and Planning with ongoing purchasing and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with suppliers, engineering and production to resolve quality concerns.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans where needed.
• Ensure supplier adherence to ISO9001 and other relevant standards.
• Support cost estimation and ensure financial accuracy according to company standards.
